Pole bean stew for 3 people:

  • 300g of pork
  • 500g of pole beans
  • 200g of chopped onion

1 tbsp of tomato purée, marjoram, 1 tsp of noble sweet paprika powder, 1 mild pepperoni, salt, a pinch of ground caraway, 1 tbsp of plain flour, 1/2 beef stock, 2 tbsp of cream.

Preparation: Thinly slice the meat and fry with the onions until golden. Then add the pole beans (washed and cut into pieces) and fry together. Add the tomato purée, caraway, salt, finely sliced pepperoni, marjoram and paprika powder. Dust with a little flour and pour the beef stock over it. Let it simmer for a little while and then season it with cream. Best eaten with boiled potatoes.
