Good to know:

You can check in to your room from 3pm onwards and check out on your day of departure by 11am. If you will be arriving after 8pm, please let us know in advance; you can call us on 0043 471 6288. We will otherwise be entitled to give the room to another guest. There is no discount for any meals you choose to skip.

Our request in case of cancellation: Please inform us in due time. For cancellations made up to a month in advance of your stay, we will not charge a cancellation fee. Thereafter, we will do our best to fill your room. If your room cannot be filled, we will charge you 80% of the fee for the stay booked per person. The same applies to early departures, late arrivals and no shows. Room cancellations must be made in writing.

Dogs: Only by prior arrangement! Charges: EUR 10 per night excluding dog food.

Payment policy: We request you settle your entire bill at the reception at the end of your holiday. Any voucher payments and bank transfers made in advance will be deducted from the outstanding sum due. We accept the following methods of payment: debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club) and cash.

As our guesthouse is situated at 1,300m above sea level, please note that it can become wintery earlier than elsewhere (September/October). From the end of October until the end of April, winter equipment (esp. winter tyres) is required.
