• We advise you to take out a trip cancellation insurance policy to cover a possible sudden cancellation at just EUR 3.00 per person/night. This policy will offer you insurance cover in the event of illness, injury, job loss or subpoena for 80% of your cancellation fees, should you cancel/interrupt your trip.
  
  
• Cancellation terms and conditions: no charge will be applied up to 30 days before the date of arrival. After this date, we will do everything possible to rent out the room again. In the event this proves impossible, a cancellation charge will be applied of 80% of the total price per person of the entire stay booked. The same applies to early departure, delayed arrival or no-show.
  
  
• Loyalty bonus: We will keep a 5% credit for you on the invoice amount. You will be able to use this credit towards your next stay you book directly with our hotel.
  
  
• Deposit: To confirm your booking, we kindly ask you to pay, within 7 days, a sum of EUR 150.00 per room: via a bank transfer to our account at Raiffeisenbank Kötschach Mauthen IBAN: AT46 3936 4000 0090 0134 or via a credit card number with expiry date.
